New place to purchase Transformers?

Has anybody shopped from this source? Or is this a brand new source? I just got the info from a Chinese ebay seller. I’m wondering if these are knock-offs and if they are, are these the high-quality knock-offs? I don’t mind buying knock-offs of characters I really like as long as the quality is top notch.
