IPod Classic or Touch? Which is…better?

I’ve got a question about the IPod Touch & Classic: Will either of them display the pictures included in enhanced podcasts, and allow chapter skipping? I ask because I’ve been thinking of getting one or the other cause the Sony Walkman I’m using currently doesn’t do either, which is a pain in the ass when I’m 3/4 of the way through a podcast and have to pause it and end up skipping to the next show/song, or restart the podcast on accident, and have to fast forward through until I get to where I was. Which would you guys recommend? The Touch looks cool, but there’s more storage on the Classic. (I’m also subscribed to a couple video podcasts, if that makes any difference in which way to go.)
